A deeply healing and energetically cleansing meditation experience! This experience incorporates breath work, gentle movement, sound, and a performance of many ancient healing instruments blended into one meditation. We schedule at night so you can relax and fully integrate this experience with rest. The New Moon in Libra Sound Bath
Saturday, October 18
4:30 - 6:00pm
$50 per ticket
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound and intention as we welcome the New Moon in Libra. This celestial moment invites balance, harmony, and renewal—an ideal time to set intentions, release old patterns, and open to fresh possibilities.
Through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where body, mind, and spirit can soften, recalibrate, and restore. The vibrational frequencies encourage deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and a greater sense of inner clarity.
The Libra New Moon reminds us of the beauty of connection—both within ourselves and with those around us. During this sound bath, we’ll align with Libra’s energy of peace, love, and equilibrium, planting seeds for the new cycle ahead.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort
- An eye covering (optional)
- Water and an open heart
- No experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to carry you inward.
This experience will be led by Guest family members of Wellnest Studios Owners, Pete and Pavi!

Pavlina Kose
My yoga journey started at 19 with a VHS tape and a lot of curiosity (shoutout to Bryan Kest). Since then, I’ve moved cities, grown roots, and found my flow — but yoga has always been home. I trained with Fuel the Soul in 2017, though I was teaching long before that in college under the soulful guidance of David Titler, who shared yoga’s deeper truths through the lens of the sutras and real life. My classes blend movement, mindfulness, and just the right amount of magic. Think: conscious breath, grounded flow, and the occasional reminder not to take yourself too seriously. Whether you’re new to the mat or a lifelong mover, I’m here to hold space for your own soulful journey.
My Mantra: “In silence you find stillness”
