Alyssa will be hosting a one-hour yoga class designed for all levels during the Salt Den's Salt & Soul Hallowfest. Move through a playful yet grounding flow while surrounded by the healing atmosphere of the Himalayan Salt Den. This isn’t your average yoga class — the salt environment promotes relaxation, boosts respiratory health, and leaves you feeling refreshed from the inside out. About your instructor:
Alyssa Ladzinski is a movement specialist, group strength training coach, certified yoga/pilates instructor, and professional aerialist who helps people move smarter, feel stronger, and stay flexible for life. Based in Albany, NY, she brings over a decade of experience in mindful movement—from mat-based mobility work, to weight lifting, to the circus arts of flight in aerial yoga, Lyra Hoop, and silk hammock.
Blending science-backed techniques with creative flow, Alyssa empowers clients to build sustainable strength, unlock mobility, and reconnect with their bodies in fun, functional ways. Her sessions are thoughtful, challenging, and tailored to every body—whether you’re just getting started or leveling up your practice. All levels welcomed and encouraged! When she’s not teaching, Alyssa books and performs jaw-dropping aerial acts at weddings, festivals, galas, and events—bringing movement, artistry, and magic to every stage.
