Join us every Wednesday night for a incredible Relaxation Sound Bath with sacred gong, 432 hz quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenate, and relax.

We’re raising our vibes to allow the amazing powers of manifestation to flow through us. The instruments used help to:

• induce deep relaxation
• lower blood pressure
• unblock emotions
• relieve physical pain
• rejuvenate
• relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia
• and activate higher states of consciousness

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillows, crystals, water, and anything else to create a comfortable laying down experience. (we do have bolsters and blankets)

Our weekly Sound Baths will feature Heathor Kulber. She has many years of experience in sound healing and music. Yoga NoHo Center has years of experience not only in sound baths, but offering far infrared hot and non-heated all level yoga classes including; gentle, restorative, yin, flow, power, sculpt, Ashtanga, and Kundalini along with our loving community.

We encourage those who attend to be comfortable with blankets and pillows, and create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey.
