Enjoy guided meditation, tones and vibration of different instruments having the mind and body relax able to receive healings!
I am an experienced certified yoga instructor, practicing and teaching yoga for the past 15 years. I am certified in Reiki ART, Restorative Yoga, and Donna Edan Energy Medicine. My newest journey has opened my heart to sound therapy, using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to help clients heal and feel better regarding any issues they are dealing with, whether emotional or physical. Studying from The Academy of Sound Therapy, my passion is to be able to provide natural holistic healings to anyone in need. We all need healing and taking the time out for yourself is the first step, let the magic of the sounds and vibrations do the rest!
