Come and experience a Sound Bath Healing & Meditation with Reiki at Advanced Healthcare Center! Join Shyam Alling and Tina McDonald of The Agape House for a transformative Sound Healing & Meditation infused with Reiki. Close out 2024 and release what no longer serves us, making space for renewal, clarity, and deeper alignment with ourselves.

The guided meditation will lead you through the process of release, helping you shed old patterns, emotions, or energetic blockages. Through deep breathing and mindfulness, you’ll open yourself to the healing power of letting go, allowing yourself to find inner peace and balance. The sound healing portion will be a deeply immersive experience, incorporating a variety of sacred instruments. These instruments create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing, helping to cleanse and align your chakras and create a harmonious sound bath experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter with clarity and lightness. While in meditation, you will individually receive the loving healing energy of Reiki.

To enhance the relaxation and stress release effects, Tina will have essential oils available for participants who would like aromatherapy to be a part of this experience.

Facilitator Bio Shyam: Shyam (Stephen Alling) is a healer in the art of Ayurveda, Sound, Yoga, Energy work, and Meditation. I am an ordination Buddhist monk, Certified Ayurvedic bodyworker, Embodyment Yoga Therapist, Svaroopa Yoga teacher, Energy healer, and Tibetan sound bowl healer.

Facilitator Bio Tina McDonald: My name is Tina. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am at least a third-generation intuitive on my father’s side of the family and was first introduced to the metaphysical and spiritual world at a young age. I began my studies in 2020 where I found solace in the healing properties of Reiki. I am also attuned in Karuna, Holy Fire, Dragon, Crystal, Shamanic and Angelic Reiki, and draw from all these modalities during a Reiki session. In addition to practicing Reiki, I offer Tarot, Oracle, Runes and Pendulum divination. I am certified to conduct EFT tapping sessions and aura cleansings. I am also a published author and the moderator of the monthly Conversations with Source online group channeling event.
