This workshop, led by Mackenzie McDonald Wilkins, will begin with a short meditation and gentle yoga flow to help us arrive in our bodies. From there we will enter into a vibratory journey (sound bath) into the realms of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, handpan, flutes, didgeridoo, harmonium, guitar, drum, chimes, bells, rattles, voice, and other sound healing instruments. Towards the end we will unite our voices in toning and mantra. We will have some slow time at the end to process.
This is a great opportunity to rest, relax, come back to yourself, and meditate on the nature of sound and silence.
