**DOOM METAL YOGA by Quantum Mystic - Monday 3/23 6:30PM**
***Slow & Deep flow edition***
- Doom metal Yoga will be a slower paced yoga class connecting movements with the breath. There will be an emphasis on alignment and cultivating a sense of presence while listening to doom.
- During the first portion of class we will gently move through a moon flow to warm up the muscles, joints, and fascia. The second half will be filled with longer holding stretches allowing the body to completely relax, before surrendering in corpse pose.
- Check in begins at **6:00pm** where you will sign a waiver and find your spot on the floor.
- Bring your own mat / All experience levels welcome
- We will have the lights low so everyone can feel safe practicing at their own pace.
- Class cost is strictly for class, so we'd love if you hang out after and grab a drink downstairs at Burial beer
- *Quantum Mystic is a licensed instructor that specializes in power yoga*
