Cacao & Breathwork

You’re invited to join Blue River Breathwork at Plant Bar in downtown Asheville!

This event is for you if you want a fun and easy-going breath experience that ends with connection and (in our opinion) the best cacao in WNC!

Alex & Deagan have guided thousands of people over 100 sessions in the last year.

Their approach is to create an uninterrupted flow of air moving in & out of the lungs which allows for unique states, emotions, or ideas to be experienced.

Your Ticket Includes:

• 1 hour of guided breathing by Blue River Breathwork
• 30 minute connection circle
• 1 Ceremonial drink prepared by Plant Bar (Cacao, Matcha, or Herbal Tea)

• Wednesday, March 25th 6:00-7:30pm

• Please arrive early to set up your space & decide on your drink of choice :)

• A yoga mat and blanket
