Sound Bath - Full Moon Edition

Welcome to our upcoming Sound Bath - Full Moon Edition. A deep, full body listening experience to bring you back into balance and harmony.

This in-person event is being held on Sunday 21st July at 7pm - 8pm at Rockwater Hove.

This is your invitation to come and gather in community on the night of the Full Moon to receive the healing power of sound. You will be invited to lay down and get comfortable before being guided on a short meditation connecting us to our breath and landing into the space around us.

We will then journey through a soundscape using traditonal Tibetan Singing Bowls and various other instruments, allowing your mind and body to come into a state of equilibrium and deep rest. Being bathed by these healing frequencies allows you to tap into your subconscious mind, regulates your nervous system and restores your energetic body.

At the end of the sound bath you will be very gently and slowly guided back to your body and the space. This is your opportunity to journal anything that may have come up for you during the Sound Bath. I will be on hand if you would like to share or discuss anythign that has come up for you.

This really is the perfect way to end the week and give back to yourself in a gentle, loving and nourishing way.
