Sound Bath: From Numb to Feeling
Advertisement
There are seasons where feeling everything becomes too much.
So you stop.
You keep going. You take care of what needs to be taken care of. You get through the workday, make the appointments, answer the texts, take care of everyone else, and somewhere along the way, you stop feeling much of anything.
Not necessarily sad. Not necessarily unhappy.
Just… numb.
From Numb to Feeling is a sound bath designed to give your nervous system space to soften, reconnect and begin feeling again without forcing anything to happen.
Through sound, vibration and guided intention, we’ll create space for the emotions, desires, creativity and aliveness that can get buried when you’ve spent too long simply surviving.
You don't need to know what you're feeling before you arrive.
You don't need to process anything perfectly.
And you definitely don't need to make yourself feel something you're not ready to feel.
Just come as you are.
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything else you need to get comfortable.
Rush seating is available in three areas: on the stage, at the front of the church, or in the church pews. Choose the space that feels most comfortable for you when purchasing your ticket.
Then settle in, let yourself receive, and give your body an hour where nothing is required of you.
