Sound Bath for Inner Harmony

Experience the healing power of Sound Healing, a holistic modality that uses instruments and voice to harmonize your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Join us for a Sound Bath designed to activate the relaxation response and guide you toward a state of calm, reducing stress and anxiety. Janna will lead a multi-instrument offering featuring Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, buffalo drums, and more. All levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary.
