Start your weekend off by soaking in beautiful healing sounds to calm the mind, relax the body, and connect with Spirit.Sound Bath for Deep Relaxation at Thrive Wellbeing Hub, 7 Hampden Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 7UB.
Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Cost: £15 per person (plus Eventbrite booking fee).
What you need to bring: A yoga mat, a pillow, and a blanket, or a sleeping bag (as you will be lying down for the duration of the session). You may also wish to bring a bottle of water. Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and that you do not have a full stomach.
Commencing with a short guided meditation, followed by a sound bath featuring the healing sounds from handmade Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi wind chimes, and other sacred sound instruments.
Please note that these sound baths at Thrive Wellbeing Hub will all feature the use of slowly swirling ‘nebula’ light projections on the ceiling to make for a more immersive experience in sound and light. As such, if you are photosensitive, please consider bringing a blindfold to wear.
Booking is essential due to the limited number of spaces available.
Please note that I do not offer refunds. If you find that you cannot attend you can either transfer your booking to a friend, or transfer your booking on to the next sound bath I am running at this venue (Friday 23rd January, 2026). Any transfers must be arranged with me at least 24 hours before the sound bath on which you had originally booked.
Contraindications: Please note that sound baths are unsuitable for:
• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy. (If you are in the second or third trimester, it is safe to attend sound baths, but please let me know.)
• Anyone with a pacemaker, stent, mechanical shunt, or any other metal implants in your body (with the exception of tooth fillings).
• Anyone with a sound-sensitive condition (such as sound-triggered epilepsy).
• Children under the age of 10 years.
