After the rush and noise of Christmas, January becomes the perfect moment to return to your own self-care, to slow down, breathe deeply and refill the cup you’ve been pouring from.
This session is your invitation to begin the year grounded, calm and supported.
We open with a gentle cacao ceremony + intention setting, before easing into a beautifully immersive soundbath where each person will receive Reiki healing.
