A droplet of healing and rejuvenation in St.Joseph, MO.

A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where you are bathing in sounds from crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, rattle, chimes and voice. These sounds are intentionally played to nurture your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

This is a special sound journey offered to support in raising money to supply sensory packs for children with autism in collaboration with Autism Society of Texas. Sensory packs contain specialized tools to provide immediate and long term relief, helping children develop coping strategies, gain control over sensory experiences and engage with community.

I’ve been a part of a leadership training program over the past few months based out of Austin, Texas. An important part of this program is a community service project and my team decided to support Autism Society of Texas to fund the purchase, assembly, and distribution of 1,500 sensory kits for children with autism. The packs will be designed to help children manage their sensory sensitivities allowing them and their families to thrive in their everyday lives.

Join me in St. Joseph or online Monday, October 21st to support in raising $5000! Donations are accepted even if you do not attend the event.

Most often people lay down during the event. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and small pillow. Anything that will allow you to fully relax.
