Sound has the power to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create deep states of meditation.
In this immersive 2-day Sound Bath Facilitator Training, you’ll learn how to confidently create and lead your own sound bath experiences -whether for yoga classes, wellness events, private sessions, or personal practice.
This training is designed for people who feel drawn to sound but don’t know where to start.
Maybe you’ve attended a sound bath and felt how powerful it was.
Maybe you’re a yoga teacher, healer, or wellness practitioner wanting to offer something deeper.
Or maybe you simply feel called to work with sound.
This training will give you the practical skills, confidence, and understanding to begin.
No prior experience with instruments is required.
What you’ll learn:
Understanding sound baths
What a sound bath actually is and how it affects the nervous system, mind, and body.
Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls
Different types of bowls, how they work, and how to play them properly.
Gongs and other instruments
How to create different sound textures and layers during a session.
Playing techniques
How grip, pressure, and movement change the sound.
Creating a sound journey
How to structure a session so it flows naturally and keeps people relaxed and engaged.
Facilitating a group experience
How to hold space, guide participants, and create a safe environment.
Working with energy and intention
How sound can support emotional release, relaxation, and meditation.
Choosing your instruments
How to build your setup without overspending.
