Sound Bath

Unwind, release tension, and balance your body’s energy centers in this restorative Sound Bath. Using quartz crystal sound bowls, Eryn—who brings experience in ICU nursing, sound healing, Reiki, and yoga—guides participants into deep relaxation and energetic alignment. This workshop focuses on cleansing, balancing, and revitalizing the body’s subtle energy pathways. Everyone is welcome—no prior experience is required. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
