Take some time out and bathe yourself in the soothing sounds of sacred instruments including Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, drum, flute and chimes.Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, assisting to release tension, ease blockages and promote a deep sense of calm.
Sound healing is very effective on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotion to heal and nurture. It is especially good for stress, anxiety, pain and emotional balance.
