We will be gathering here in January’s Wolf Moon. A time to rest and recuperate after the festive season. Be held energetically in a space of love, healing and gratitude. Rozi will take you on a sound journey to let vibration and frequency move through you to rebalance and recalibrate your system; mind, body and spirit.
Become aware of the expanse beyond your mind and physical self through a voyage of sound instruments and percussions. Experience awareness, perception and presence on a whole new level. Enable your consciousness to purge low frequency moods and emotions that no longer serve you. Process, purge and shake stagnant, stale energy in your system. After our immersion, ground with essential oils, energy balls and oracle cards. It would be a honour to share this experience with you.
Please bring a blanket, cushions, yoga mat, crystals you may have for cleansing that can be placed around the sound instruments, and anything else you need to be as comfortable as possible.
We also recommend after care drinking a pint of mineral water to cleanse yourself after.
