Join us for an interactive and reflective talk that invites you to pause, reset, and rethink what it really means to live well.
In a world driven by goals, deadlines and “new year resolutions”, this session challenges the idea that happiness comes from ticking boxes. Instead, we’ll explore how living in alignment with your values can support better mental health, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.

• A guided, interactive talk (not a lecture!)
• Reflection exercises to help you identify your core values
• Tools to help you stay aligned when life knocks you off course
• Space to think, connect, and gain clarity
• A supportive, welcoming environment
