This session is perfect for all levels and accessible to everyone; if you are curious about meditation or conscious breathing, then please come along. During the class you will learn techniques to reduce stress, increase energy, and promote overall well-being.

No experience necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to breathe deeply. I will guide you through the session, incorporating my knowledge and experience stemming from working in NHS mental health services, ensuring a safe space for you to be free to express yourself fully.
