Experience the ultimate relaxation with one of our Sound Bath sessions. Indulge in an enchanting sound journey that will transport you to a state of blissful tranquility.
Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere as you lie back and let the soothing waves of sound wash over you, helping you to gently transition into a state of deep relaxation.
We will begin with a short guided relaxation to help you let go of any tension in body and mind. Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan Bronze singing bowls, drums and chimes will then be used to produce soothing sounds and healing vibrations that resonate deep within your body.
In this deeply relaxed state, your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal alignment, enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Each gentle note will melt away stress, tension, and worries, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
To make yourself as comfortable as possible you may like to bring a mat, blanket and a pillow or cushion with you. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended as well as a nice warm cosy layer and socks. This practice can be done lying on the floor on a mat or seated in a chair depending on your own requirements. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or if you don't have your own get in touch to let me know and this can be provided.
Please note that Sound baths may not be suitable for some individuals, specifically those who:
• are pregnant
• have frequency triggered epilepsy or seizures
• have metal implants in the body (metal tooth fillings and piercings are fine)
It is ultimately your responsibility to decide whether the session is appropriate for you. If you are unsure whether or not sound baths are suitable for you, it is advisable to check with your doctor or a health care professional before attending a session. By attending a session you agree to take full responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being, and release the event organiser from any liability for any consequence that may occur as a result of your participation.
