Join us for a day of embracing winter, a time for quiet inward reflection. We'll look at ways to accept and appreciate this season rather than dread it, focusing on how we can use yoga and meditation to do this. We'll look at how winter can affect our mental wellbeing and explore ways to find beauty in this bleak and cold season. Spend time working on self discovery and inner contemplation, relaxation through warming and grounding yoga practices, and meditation to dig deep within ourselves and uncover our strengths.
