Relaxing sound bath in St Marks institute ,37 Victoria Road, Woolston, SO199DY. The vibrations of the gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments, help your body relax, reduces stress and anxiety. It also promotes sleep and wellbeing.
Please bring yoga mat (or recliner chair) pillow, blanket, (sleeping bag, quilt) to make you comfortable. There are chairs available at venue if unable to lay down. Also bring some water.
Arrive before 7.30 to allow time to get comfy!
