Let the sounds of kitten purrs and healing vibrations wash away stress and tension. Sound healing uses ancient instruments to create frequencies that revitalize the mind, body, and spirit. Sound healing is effective because it influences the emotional body as well as the physical body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and calm.
We recommend wearing loose clothing and bringing a blanket, pillow, water bottle, or anything else you need to be comfortable.
Recommended for ages 7+.
About the Instructor: Marie Douglass is a life coach and energy worker. She has a passion for helping people get unstuck in life and realizing their authentic expression in the process. As a lover of music, she uses sound healing to bring calm and balance into the body and mind to facilitate a feeling of well-being and empowerment. Marie lives in Perrysburg Township with her many fur babies, including a cat and 2 dogs, fainting goats, chickens, and an alpaca, and is developing her property into an energetic healing intentional community.
