This in-person OR virtual event will take you on a journey of relaxation and healing through the power of breath and healing sound. As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork and sound healing facilitator, I will create a space for you to relax and restore calm in your mind and body through the use of different sound tools and instruments including crystal bowls, brass gongs, and various other instruments, designed to create a scene of peace and healing. No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and willingness to choose in.
A session would look a little something like this:
optional cacao drink or herbal tea
getting comfy
listening to various sounds and instruments as you rest
feeling some feels
perhaps emoting some emotions
maybe taking a bit of a nap
time and space to just "be"
room to journal about what came up for you
a new, refreshed take on the moment
guidance on integration going forward
Sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual.
There is no "right" way to experience a sound bath, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.

Recommended items to bring if desired:
eye mask for extra room-darkening (or purchase one here and I’ll have it ready for you in-studio!)
pillow
blanket
yoga mat
NOTE: for in-person attendees, the studio has a limited supply of extra yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, and blankets if need to borrow one or supplement.
** For IN-PERSON attendees, event is located at: La Luna Wellness Studio, 710 George Washington Way, Suite A, Richland, WA. You’ll enter in the main doors on the north side of the building, and enter the doorway on the left (Suite A). We’ll be waiting for you!
** For VIRTUAL attendees, a PDF download with the link for entry will be sent to you with your order confirmation. If you do not receive this after checkout, please first look in your spam folder, and if it is not there, please reach out, and I'll re-send it to you.
** NOTE: please arrive or log on at least 10 minutes early as session begins promptly on time and late arrivals will forfeit their space. **
