Immerse in wellness through breath, meditation, yoga, sound healing, silence, community and subtle energy practices, while learning about hormone health, Ayurveda, and ancient wisdom. From the young to the sages, we draw on clarity and insight from generations of healers. All while nestled in the forested beauty near Leavenworth. From 3pm April 24 to 1 pm April 26. Retreat leaders include Brea Wheeler, Sara Nelson, Judy Dirks and Cheryl Kulas.
