Info: Come as early as 15 minutes before the start of the event to set up your personal space. Use this time to find the perfect spot for you to roll out your yoga mat and place your belongings.

Info: During this time the Sound Healer will introduce herself to the group, lay ground rules and assist participants in setting intentions for the sound bath.

Info: Enjoy relaxing sounds of singing bowls and other soothing instruments while you slip into a meditative state and enjoy.
