Sound Bath / Breath of Life

You are warmly invited to a special sound bath where we will honor the most sacred rhythm of all: The Breath, This is the gift of life.

You will be guided into light breathwork to help you reconnect to your body's wisdom. Through conscious breathing, we will aim to clear toxins and tensions that have accumulated in your physical, emotional and mental body.

We look forward to sharing this sacred space with you.

What to expect:

-guided breath mediation

-soundscape of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and more

-to experience clarity that comes from inner alignment

*Yoga mats will be provided

*Bring a blanket and eye mask (optional), and water

*Please arrive on time
