A space to unwind and rest deeply, allowing yourself to be cocooned by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments within the beautifully cosy Shakti Barn.
Herbal tea will be offered at the end of the sound bath to support you in returning to your evening feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

The session will start at 6:30pm so please arrive a little early to allow yourself time to get settled.

Please note sound baths are not recommended for:
- women within the first three months of pregnancy
- epilepsy or seizures of any kind
- severe mental health
Please let me know when booking if you:
- have a pacemaker or have a severe heart condition
- have metal implants or have had recent surgery
- suffer from tinnitus or any other condition which may be triggered by sound
