All are welcome to join Zara Triconnet at an open monthly gathering of folk who wish to practice making music with their voice together through sacred song, vocal toning and mantra.
Experienced singers and those who are trying to find their voice come together to make come together to explore sound and vocals.

Join us every Wednesday and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
