Drop in with guided meditation and be "bathed" by the vibration and sound of instruments such as crystal bowls, Native American flute, Tibetan bowls and more.

Mats provided, bring your own blanket and pillow, water bottle and journal to write in if anything arrises for you.
It may be hot this time of the year, but the body cools during meditation, so just bring something light for if you need a covering part way through.
