Join us for a Reiki-infused Sound Bath relaxing evening, combining gentle reiki energy and soothing sounds with low lighting and candlelight at the Hampton Inspired Hub in Hampton TW12.

From the moment you enter you will be able to feel the calmness of the room with its low lighting and candlelit setting. Once in, we will guide you to your space of relaxation, so if you come on your own or with a friend you will be warmly welcomed. Come and experience my reiki healing energy that I will be sending into the room allowing it to radiate peace and harmony, at some point during our session there will also be hands on reiki with your permission.

Whether you are navigating stress, feeling worn out or just wanting to invest more into your wellbeing, this experience is all about helping you feel balanced, grounded, refreshed, and at ease.

Our sound bath experience will have the soothing sounds and vibrations that will gently flow around and over you like waves from our singing bowls, gongs, ocean wave drum and chimes all beautifully put together, to help with your de-stress and deepen sense of rest.
