Energy Healing Group

Relax, Release and Realign. A restorative group session working with various energies and intuition to meet you exactly as you are.

This 60 minute group session is a space to pause, reset and reconnect.

You'll be guided into relaxation before receiving a full energy transmission combining reiki, subtle kundalini and intuition. This session is designed to gently clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system and support emotional and energetic balance.

You dont need to do anything, simply lie back, relax and allow your body to recieve exactly what it needs.

What you may experience

Every session is different, but you may notice:

• Deep relaxation
• Warmth, tingling or gentle waves of energy
• Emotional release
• Mental clarity
• A sense of lightness or renewal
• Involuntary body movements

Some people feel subtle shifts, others feel strong energetic movement - both are completely normal.

What to bring

Nothing is required - just yourself and an open heart.

Yoga mats, blankets, eye masks, knee support cushions and herbal teas are all provided.

This is a small group to keep the space intimate and supportive.

If you have been feeling the pull to rest, release or reconnect trust that nudge. Your energy knows when its time to receive.

Energy healing is a complimentary wellbeing practice and is not a substitue for medical or psychological treatment. Please continue to follow any advice or treatment plans provided by your healthcare professional.

This session may NOT be suitable for you if you

• Are currently experiencing servere mental health instyability (including psychosis or unmanaged bipolar)
• Have epilepsy that is triggered by sounds or altered states.
• Have recently undergone major surgery (within the last 3 months)
• Have a diagnosed heart condition without seeking medical clearance to attend
