A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where soothing sound vibrations help guide the body and mind into a state of rest, balance and restoration.

During this session you will lie down comfortably while a range of instruments are played around the room, allowing the sound waves to wash over you. The gentle frequencies help quiet the mind, relax the nervous system and create space for deep relaxation.This session will include the beautiful tones of crystal singing bowls, a crystal pyramid and chimes, creating a calming and immersive sound journey.What to ExpectYou will be invited to lie down comfortably on a mat while the session begins with gentle grounding. As the instruments are played, the sounds and vibrations move through the space, helping the body naturally drop into a meditative and restorative state.Many people experience:• Deep relaxation• A meditative or dream-like state• Reduced stress and mental chatter• Emotional release• A sense of calm, clarity and balanceSome people simply drift into a peaceful rest, while others notice sensations in the body as the sound vibrations move through them. Whether you are new to sound baths or attend regularly, you are very welcome.What to BringNothing is required — simply bring yourself and comfortable clothing so you can fully relax.Mats, blankets and eye pillows will be provided, but you are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable such as a pillows, extra blankets etc
