Join Julia Aguayo, DMA and Rev. Brian Jones, DMA on a transformational sound journey at the Arlington Metaphysical Chapel.

Let the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan prayer bowls, drums, and chimes wash over you in a deeply relaxing, restorative experience. Rev. Brian will open the session with sama vritti pranayama (equal-ratio breathwork) and other breath techniques to prepare your body and mind for the journey ahead.

Your guides: Julia Aguayo holds a doctorate in music performance and certification in sound therapy. Rev. Brian holds a doctorate in music performance and brings over 25 years of experience in breathwork.

Practical info: 🕑 Doors open at 1:45 PM. To protect the experience for all attendees, doors will close at 2:05 PM — please plan to arrive early. This is a seated event held in the chapel's intimate worship space. Feel free to bring anything that will make your sitting experience more comfortable — a cushion, blanket, lumbar support, etc. 🎟 $17 in advance / $20 at the door.

No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.
