A Sound Bath Meditation at Lumiere Cinema, Romford

This unique experience combines the power of live sound with the atmosphere of a cinema, creating a space for deep rest, reflection, and stillness. 

We begin with a guided grounding meditation, slowly immersing you in the sound of a variety of healing instruments, including gongs, Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, Chimes, and more. 

Allow waves of sound to gently wash over you in a comfy cinema seat or a laying down spot at the front.

You can move in closer for deeper vibrations or sit further away for those sensitive ears. The environment is naturally comfortable and accessible, with space for wheelchair users and anyone who has access needs, making this experience welcoming to all.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring anything that will enhance your comfort, such as a blanket, neck cushion, or water.
