Afternoon Sound Bath
Take a pause, slow down, and join us for an afternoon sound bath designed to help you calm, relax, and rejuvenate.
This relaxing experience will be facilitated by Dr. Judith Canlas, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and will take place in our peaceful Wellness Center at our new location on the Daughters of Charity campus.
A sound bath is a relaxing experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations designed to encourage rest and relaxation.
Please bring:
🧘 A mat
🛏️ A pillow
🧣 A blanket, if desired

Getting Here
When traveling northwest on New Harmony Road, take the second gated entrance with light brown stone. The gate will open as you approach.
Travel up the hill and turn right toward the Administration Building.
Continue past the Administration Building.
You will see a wooden chapel on your right.
Turn left at the chapel to enter the parking lot.
⚠️ Spots are limited, so registration is required.
Please register by August 31.
Membership is FREE and available to anyone impacted by cancer, including previvors, individuals diagnosed with cancer, caregivers, friends and family members, and those grieving the loss of a loved one due to cancer.
