Our popular Floating Sound Bath has a session coming up! Relax and unwind during our Floating Sound Bath, where soothing vibrations and gentle tones guide you into deep rest while you float. This immersive experience is designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.Saturday, December 12th
🕗45-minute session + transition time
• 12:30-1:30pm
• Dunigan Family YMCA
💦Details:
• maximum of 14 participants per session
• wear either comfortable clothes or a swimsuit
• an eye mask will be provided
• led by Barbara Raleigh
• we recommend bringing a towel to use as a blanket or
to lay on in the float
• Open to everyone 14yrs and older — members and
the community
