Two hours to slow down with Whitethorn tea and live sound indoors at Gorse Hill, a peaceful coastal space overlooking the Irish Sea in Bray.
You arrive, find a place to settle, and we share Whitethorn tea together. Whitethorn is Irish hawthorn, a tree long linked with the heart and traditionally regarded as a restorative tonic for the emotional heart. When we brew tea from her delicate white flowers and leaves, you are welcoming a medicine that warms the heart centre.
As we share the tea, I’ll gently guide you inward to help you settle before the sound begins. Then you simply lie down and receive.
The 2-hour format leaves generous room for the tea, time to settle, and a long stretch of sound, with no rush at any point.
