Sound Bath & Vibroacoustic Therapy - Nervous System Reset

The evening begins with a brief settling, then opens into a mostly unguided gong bath where you’re invited to lie down and simply receive. The gong and resonant instruments create a rich, immersive sound field that works directly with the nervous system—supporting deep rest, emotional processing, and a natural return to regulation without effort. The body is given space to listen, feel, and reorganize on its own terms.

After the sound bath, we’ll transition gently into hot herbal tea and open integration time. This is an unhurried space to ground, reflect, ask questions, or sit quietly as the effects of the sound continue to unfold.

What to expect

Following the session, participants are also welcome to demo the Sound Lounge, a full-body vibroacoustic system that allows sound vibration to be felt physically through the body. About the Facilitator

Max Brasseal is a sound practitioner and vibroacoustic therapy specialist based in Boulder. His work centers on nervous-system regulation, somatic relaxation, and the therapeutic use of sound as a non-verbal pathway to restoration. Through gongs and vibroacoustic systems, Max creates environments where the body can downshift from stimulation into deeper states of rest, coherence, and integration.
