Awaken Her No Cost Experience Day

If you’ve lost yourself amongst the ever changing world, have been searching for something but can’t quite name what’s missing or if you long to have the support of a community of other women that understand you, this event is for you. The theme is Returning to Yourself. You don't need a new version of yourself, you just need space to reconnect with what has always been there.
What to expect:

• Self-reflection time to help you connect with what brings you joy
• Unlock forgotten creativity in a guided exercise
• Breath work for nervous system regulation
• Time outside to harness nature's healing power (weather dependent)

Whether you seek clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment of peace, this experience will leave you feeling more whole, more aligned, and ready to stop hiding from your own light.
I will provide journal paper and tools needed during our creative time.
Please dress for the weather since we will be outside for some of our time together. We will start inside in the meeting room.
This will be the last experience day before I close the doors to include members only. If you have been interested in seeing what this community is about, now is the time. We meet upstairs in Eisenhower Meeting room B. There will be a sign. We look forward to having you join us!
