Ease into your week with intention and tranquility. Join us at LUMA for Tea Social and Sound Bath—a soothing sound bath experience by our very own Alissa. This event is designed to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. Let the healing vibrations wash over you as you unwind in our serene studio space.

After the session, stay for a cozy tea social, where you can sip, reflect, and connect with fellow community members. It’s the perfect pause your Sunday needs—because rest is a ritual.

LUMA is in the heart of Navy Yard and located next to the Nationals Stadium, so please prepare accordingly by checking the National Stadium's event calendar.
