Join us for our FIRST sound bath session!
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a Tibetan bowl, ocean drum, rain stick, and Koshi chimes to wash over you. Each instrument creates unique tones that help calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, refreshed, and with an overall sense of peace and balance.
