6:10 am - 7:00 am:
- 50-minute Sound Bath with Vavina.
7:00 am - 7:40 am: Recovery Session
- Refresh: 20 min sauna -> 20 min pools
- Recover: 20 min steam -> 20 min pools
8:00 am: Optional Drink afterwards at Skippyz
Attendees: Capped at18 people
What to Bring:
- Shower Towel
- Yoga mat
- Swimwear or whatever you are comfortable for Sauna & Pools
- Water Bottle
