Something is shifting, and you can feel it. The roles you’ve been holding, the patterns you’ve been repeating, the ways you’ve been keeping the peace, staying small, or holding it all together are no longer sitting the same.
With Pluto retrograde in Aquarius from May 6 to October, we enter a powerful window of truth. Not surface level change, but deep, internal awareness. The kind that quietly asks, is this really me, or is this who I’ve learned to be?
This experience is an invitation to step beneath the noise, to meet yourself without the mask, and to see clearly what is ready to shift without force or pressure. Through guided reflection, meditation, and immersive sound, you will be supported in reconnecting with your inner truth, recognizing patterns that no longer align, softening the need to control, and returning to a grounded, embodied sense of self.
A simple yet powerful release ritual will open the door, and the sound bath will carry the work deeper, allowing your body to integrate what your awareness has already begun. This is not about becoming someone new. This is about remembering who you are and reclaiming the truth that has always been yours.

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, a pillow, and water.
