Needing some relaxation and meditation in your life?What better way to relax and let go then with an immersive sound bath? It's time restore your soul with the soothing sounds of gongs, metal & crystal bowls, drums and chimes.
At 4 pm, join Debbie & Stacie for an evening of healing, sound, reiki and meditation.
Certified Sound Healer Debbie LaCroix will take you through a meditation and Sound Journey focused on self love, relaxation, and aligning our Chakras.
And Yoga Instructor/Reiki Master Stacie Anderson will lead you in breathwork and meditation.
They will use singing bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, drums and frequency to help your body and spirit relax and open you up to the next level of insight and clarity .
Sound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills the room and the body, helping you to relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths, which may have health benefits.
You will want to bring a yoga mat or zero gravity chair, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to help you relax. Wear comfortable clothing. We do have mats you can borrow.
**limited number of zero gravity chairs are available for $8
No experience necessary.
