The New Year is often met with goal setting or creating a vision board. While this is great, it is incomplete. In this workshop, we will explore the elements of manifestation. We will open with a discussion and then spend time in meditation, journaling, and creating visual elements. Please bring a journal/pen and pictures that you'd use for your vision board.
