Join Pól for a Sound Bath and Guided Relaxation. Pól creates a unique, calm and restful experience through sound therapy using crystal & brass singing bowls, koshi chimes & tuning forks along with his harmonious voice to guide deep body relaxation.
In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become an unwelcome companion for many. This sound healing class serves as a gateway to inner peace and tranquility, helping you release stress, anxiety, discomfort and fatigue.
Sound Healing is a collaborative process between the facilitator and the listener and the atmosphere created is both unique and transformative. The sound creator composes a unique experience by using various crystal singing bowls, brass medicine bowls, wind chimes, tuning forks, hand drums and other sound healing instruments.
Within Pól’s Sound Bath you will also experience the tranquil and blissful technique known as Yoga Nidra, which is a form of guided deep body relaxation and known as ‘effortless relaxation’. This simple technique aids the letting go of body and mind tensions.
Bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are provided. You are welcome to bring your own props instead. Please bring a yoga mat - we do have spares which you can freely borrow.
Please note no late arrival is permitted.
Tickets cost £19 (£15 for low income, students & Over 65s).
