4-Week Sun Salutation Masterclass

This 4-week masterclass is designed to deepen your understanding and practice of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your technique, this course will guide you through the fundamental postures, breathing techniques, and transitions involved in Sun Salutations, offering modifications and advanced variations to suit all skill levels.

By the end of this masterclass, you'll have a stronger, more confident Sun Salutation practice, with improved flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Suitable for yogis of all levels, this course will leave you feeling energised and empowered.

We will focus on:

• Alignment, posture, and breath awareness
• Incorporating core engagement and deepening stretches
• Focus on breathing techniques to enhance endurance and movement as meditation
• Focus on breath-to-movement synchronisation
• A final flow combining all the skills learned for a stronger, more fluid practice
