In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become an unwelcome companion for many. This sound healing class serves as a gateway to inner peace and tranquility, helping you release stress, anxiety, discomfort and fatigue.
Suitable for all - beginners welcome.
Class is held at our studio Yoga Meditation Healing at 4 Lansdowne Crescent, G20 6NQ from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday 20th September and costs £19 (£14 for students, low income & Over 65s).
